Integrating body-centred awareness, mindfulness and evidence-based modalities has been both a personal and professional passion.
With over 20 years of experience in community organisations and therapeutic work, I bring warmth, depth, and sensitivity to the complexity of human experience. I qualified as a Social Worker in 2002.
I believe deeply in the healing potential of Internal Family Systems therapy, particularly for adults who feel stuck in patterns of self-protection or disconnection.
